These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jl3bet website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). jl3bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full features of the jl3bet Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jl3bet employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jl3bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl3bet support immediately. jl3bet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

jl3bet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. KYC verification is mandatory and cannot be waived.

All financial transactions on the jl3bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jl3bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jl3bet's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya.
• Deposits are credited to your jl3bet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• jl3bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• jl3bet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jl3bet account.
• jl3bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

jl3bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl3bet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• jl3bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• jl3bet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.

jl3bet is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3bet Platform:

• Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage through any means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or interact with the Platform.
• Fraud: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.

jl3bet employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jl3bet reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and permanently ban the player from the Platform. jl3bet may also report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

All content on the jl3bet Platform — including but not limited to the jl3bet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jl3bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl3bet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any jl3bet trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl3bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or interruptions in game software or live dealer streams.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

jl3bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl3bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl3bet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.
